Between Breaths is a yoga-inspired workshop focusing on extending the benefit of your yoga practice by carrying your intentions with you after stepping off your yoga mat. Give yourself the gift of two-hours out of your busy week and join us on October 13 as we focus on learning how to use the space Between Breaths to expand authenticity, awareness, and intentionality. Life can side-track us from our goals and at Between Breaths, you will learn strategies to mindfully remain focused while continuing to manage all of your everyday responsibilities.
Bring your yoga mindset and wear comfy clothes but leave your mat at home because this is not a yoga class.
