#HipNJ’s Lisa Marie Latino joins Julie Hartigan from #CookingwJulie to learn tips on how to cook healthy and delicious in less time for our modern, busy lives.
Julie stopped by the #HipNJ studio day to show us how to make a quick an easy recipe. Julie chose a no-cook Greek Shrimp & Rice Bowl recipe from her cookbook “10 Healthy Meals in Under 20 Minutes.” The delicious meal was ready quickly, with no mess. You can also customize your own bowl and its toppings, the way you want to enjoy your own food.
One thing that Julie Hartigan makes sure to include is that you add plenty of toppings to your bowl! Instead of shrimp you could add chicken or even tofu.
